About
Bodega Magazine (www.bodegamag.com) was a literary journal I co-founded, designed, and developed. Over 13 years and 800+ commits, I designed the entire website, built a custom CMS on Ruby on Rails, and hosted the site — serving as a responsive public archive of published work.
The project went through two major versions (Rails 3 through 4.2), accumulated 400+ tests, and served as both a real publication and a long-running technical project that taught me full-stack development, product lifecycle, and the discipline of maintaining something for over a decade. Now archived as a static site.
